"I would like to recommend Steigenberger Nile Palace for your stay in Egypt. Perfect location to reach all sightseeing. There's big variety of restaurants. But the best part is the view. Direct Nile river view making your stay even more perfect. Also I would like to admit Guest Relation team work. Ladies have a personal touch to each guest. Thanks so much for the outstanding service. "This was my second stay, and we had a fantastic time. I thought I had booked a larger room, and was a bit disappointed when I arrived. Spoke with the manager and he was kind enough to take time out of his day to accommodate us and get us upgraded to a much larger room (for a fare difference). Everyone is always super helpful and nice to guests. This is somewhere that everyone should get to enjoy if and when they find themselves in southern Egypt. Especially families!"

"The stay was pleasant and the staffs are very good. The restaurants are good too. I think it is one the best hotels in Luxor. It’s worth the try even though the rooms are a bit dated, but it would do the trick"

"Just checked out of the Old Winter Palace, a quietly dignified landmark built in 1886 for British aristocrats wintering in Luxor. Its faded grandeur still lingers—shaded colonnades, clipped gardens, and that peculiar hush found only in places touched by history. Howard Carter was staying here when news broke of Tutankhamun’s tomb; the echoes of that moment still seem to drift through the high shutters and marble halls. A retreat not of excess, but of atmosphere."
