"From the security guards to front office to waiters , everyone in this hotel was extremely friendly and polite . Everyone was very helpful , we had come from Cairo with a very bad experience and this hotel blew us away . We’ve not been treated this great at a hotel since our trip to Oman in 2022. Fatthalla went above and beyond for us from check in until check out . He made sure our family was happy and the food was enjoyable . He talked to us about our family and his and made us feel like at home . Mahmoud in the restaurant was very nice and his service was excellent even though we had two young kids , he even played with my daughter like she was the princess . And Fatima sat down with us and listened to us and was very kind ! This hotel should be 5 stars and what you see in the pictures don’t do it justice . The pool water was a little cold for us but other than that , it was amazing stay and would stay here and recommend this place "
