"No a/c so it gets hot in the apartment during summer, they have fans and can open the windows but on certain days it may not be enough. No elevator so with kids and bags it can be difficult at times. Location was good close to metro and many eating joints and attractions."

Needed the fans to sleep as city street noise in the night meant having the windows open was a litttle loud when delivery trucks were moving about.
