However, one of two lights in the bathroom was not working and was not fixed over the remaining 7 nights of our stay, so it was a bit dark. The shower area was also very cramped even by European standards. Finally, while not expecting free amenities at the 3-star level, note that a shaving kit...

"This hotel is close to the tram stop which was very convenient. The hotel looks newer and that is reflected in the rooms. The room was large for three people. Everything looked clean. Breakfast was extensive! There was coconut yogurt and almond milk for those that don't eat dairy."

"Rooms were larger than others we stayed at in Europe. Room was clean, staff was friendly and it was located in what felt like a quiet safe neighborhood. If you’re looking to spend lots of time in Old Lyon or City Center you’d be better off choosing a hotel closer to that area."
