"Very disappointed with my stay. The hotel appears to be in serious need of renovation and better housekeeping.
The room felt outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet was worn throughout the property, and there were signs posted acknowledging that carpet repairs and replacement were needed. The chair in my room was stained, the furniture showed significant wear, and the ironing board cover was torn and stained.
The bathroom was clean enough to use, but it was extremely dated, and the overall condition gave the impression that little investment has been made in the property for many years.
The hallways and common areas looked neglected, and the overall appearance of the hotel did not match what I expect from a professional lodging establishment. Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations for any hotel, regardless of price point, and this property fell short in several areas.
The staff was courteous, but the condition of the facility overshadowed the experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it until significant improvements are made to the rooms, carpets, furnishings, and overall upkeep. Free wine 🍷 won't fix the problems"
