"Staff was courteous. Layout seems quite outdated. Bed was good, washroom was renovated but there was rust in the edges of the tub, and there was no soap (there was a used soap bar hanging there). I assume that this new policy of "request if you want house keeping" is becoming a justification to reduced ..."
