"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed and couch were visibly stained, and the entire property had a strong unpleasant smell. The furniture throughout the hotel looked broken, mismatched, and poorly maintained, giving the whole place a very run-down feel. The parking lot also felt unsafe, which added to the discomfort. "I very rarely complain, I was looking forward to staying at the hotel. When we arrived it was late and the lobby, empty, was fairly dark (which I understand given the time frame), it took fairly long awhile for someone to come to the front desk. I rang the desk bell a few times until eventually someone came. I understand that the hotel is older but the rooms were filthy (more so the bathroom), just dirty. "The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience."
