"The only inconvenience was the map from Expedia show me other place. You’ll have to Google the place. Security is on top of their properties checking who comes in and out very safe place view. It’s amazing. You have access to the Dead Sea from the hotel three beautiful pools with waterslides there is life card on duty in the water in the pool is so warm they provide your towels for the pool or for the beach. All the personnel is really attentive and I’m speaking since the entrance of the hotel to the beach part. They also have a hookah room with life music and a dancer everything for a very affordable price, including free buffet breakfast."
"Our flight was delayed and we ended up coming straight from the airport after dark, we were jet lagged and exhausted but felt better after receiving a warm welcome from Grand Hotel Madaba staff. There was an issue with the AC which was resolved quickly and the room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was huge and we felt fully ready to experience the day! The only regret is we didn’t have time for a swim before checking out."
"This resort is really a special place. I stayed here 3 different times over the past 15 or so years and it never disappoints. The views of the sea are breathtaking from the plaza and infinity pool. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect. A truly 5 star resort. You won’t be disappointed"
"The resort is very nice. There are several pools, one has a swim up bar. Of course there is also the Dead Sea. Staff there will help you with ‘mud’ so you leave the Sea feeling great. This service is free! We ate at two restaurants- the Italian and the Lebanese. Both were really good, the Italian was excellent!"
