"Rooms had a terrible smell, carpets were very dirty, AC units smelled musty/moldy."

"The carpets in the room and hallways were very much needed of a cleaning. I had to play around with the shower to get a full stream of water to bathe. My tv in the room wasn't operational, think thats something they would have known when the last person checked out. Smell of weed and something else in the hallway. I didnt see any bugs of any kind tho and thats great. And to give you the option of a late check out for an extra fee, but then your key doesn't work when you come back to the hotel so you have to go all the way back to the front desk to have it reactivated was interesting. Staff was nice and pleasant. "

"I reserved a handicap accessible room with 2 queens. Natalie who checked us in got another woman and told her the only one they had available was a room a regular customer insisted on when he was there, but was not checking in the same day. The other wiman then turned to me and said they only wave the walk in showers in a king room, but we could have that. We had 3 people and 1 king bed was not going to work. The room We were put in had broken drawer handles, a crack across part of the shower, and damage to the wall. Then when we tried to go to the pool, the ceiling had collapsed above the stairs intothe pool. Those two amenities were why i chose this hotel, even though it was more expensive. When i asked for a manager, i was told there was none on duty."

"Construction was going on next door but parking lot still wasn't that bad. Nice clean hotel lobby an room. Great breakfast in the morning. Definitely would recommend an stay again. Probably be lot nicer when construction is completed. "

"Hotel was dirty. Looked like they hired some monkeys from the zoo to come clean. Breakfast consisted of crusty coffee and a few dried up granola bars. Overall Hotel smelt like a hot noodle fart. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean , bathroom was clean, bed was comfy, and it was dog friendly. I’d say there again. "
