"The hotel staff was great. The bar/restaurant staff on the other hand was awful. I’ve never been somewhere that the staff was just offended that they had to serve me and the other hotel guests I was with. And then when we weren’t served we decided to leave and go across the street which they were also offended but why would we stay? Anyways. Also the mattress killed my back. Will never stay there again."

"Hotel was just ok. It was a Saturday, they were short staffed on an event night, and we sat in the lobby with approximately 50 other guests because no rooms were available at check-in even though we arrived several hours after the check-in time started. Apparently, they were running late on getting rooms cleaned, that being said our room had trash on the floor and in the trash cans, the soap on the bathroom counter had been used by the previous occupants, and we didn't have a bathmat. It also took the hot water 15 minutes to heat to a tolerable temperature. You could definitely tell it had been "speed-cleaned.""
