"We had the best experience staying at the Wynn (Encore) for our 10 year wedding anniversary! The staff was super friendly and handled our requests promptly and with care. "When we got there we checked in through the kiosk which was fast and smooth however the room assigned to us was not cleaned or ready! Called house keeping and they advised us to request a new room. So just an inconvenience to go all the way to the lobby with your stuff and ask for a new room. They were nice about it and no questions ask but still just an inconvenience from a long drive."

"Check in was very confusing. I tried to use the mobile system to bypass the extremely long check in line and that didn’t work. There were machines in the lobby to help bypass the line and they also didn’t work. Check out was a mess and we got stuck in the parking garage. It was surprising to see all the additional fees for parking, housekeeping, and resort fees. Not sure we will stay here again."

"Liked the price and small space but flexible for 2 petite women. Staff always texted for assistance if needed. It was nice to have on hand. Clean room. Couple drawers were a bit too loose and wouldn't stay closed but wasn't a big deal to complain about. The bed was nice and asked for extra feathered pillows which helped with sleep. Overall, a good visit for sleep while enjoying Vegas!"
