"When I walked up to the desk, there were two gentlemen behind it. One was helping another guest, and one was chugging Dr. Thunder from a two liter bottle. I stood there for quite some time not being acknowledged by either person. Eventually the gentleman helping the other guest finished up, and invited me over to his portion of the desk. The other man whom I was standing in front of, ignored me and kept chugging his drink and checking his phone. A simple "he will be with you in a moment" would have done wonders for the first impression. The place is old, but well kept and clean, but terrible customer service from the other man when you first walk in. "

Asked for luggage rack to be brought up to my room and it never came. There were many in the lobby as I walked out. It just isn’t a friendly staff. They are not warm. The housekeepers were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. The rest, not so much. "
