Every single staff member here went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate situation (which they didn't need to do, as they were not at fault) Bonus location that they are attached to a mall which makes getting quick items super convenient. Felt safe 100% of the time. As far as the actual stay, the apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and beautiful. "

"The property was perfect. The owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that the windows were left open And several mosquitoes and flies were buzzing around the apartment making it hard to sleep. Suggest getting mosquitoes nets around the beds or screens on the windows to prevent this from happening. But will still recommend!"

"Loved my first stay here. Normally I stay at Crowne Plaza in Nairobi as I travel to Africa several times a year for business. This hotel was a pleasant change. It’s close to the airport, super clean, and buffet rivals Crowne. I had 9 students traveling with me, but the check-in process was amazingly smooth with Beth showing competence, courteousness, and patience. I hope to return here and will recommend this hotel to business associates. "
