Brand new build, still under construction with painting being done. VERY clean space - staff was present in the evening and first thing in the morning attending to the property / pool. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to pick our check in time. Only issue we had was the jacuzzi was cold (which seems to be a thing in Portugal)

It was very clean and the property manager was friendly, speaks only Portuguese but used a google translator so all was good. It is located on a steep road so it was tricky turning in or parking. It was a fun adventure entering because you are given a series of codes to open doors to go to your room because there is no reception. You need to drive for groceries.

I needed help with my laundry at the very last minute, and they handled it with such efficiency and care. The turnaround time was impressive, and my clothes came back perfectly clean and fresh. No problems, though be aware there is no reception of any sort. Parking is hit or miss, be prepared to park a few hundred metres away. One needs to be able to negotiate stairs (may be an issue to some).

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Das Whirlpool konnte nicht immer benutzt werden. Hähne und Hunde übernahmen jeweils den Weckdienst (bei offenem Fenster ;o).

Aangenaam en verzorgd gastenverblijf

Mooie, nieuwe en nette, verzorgde locatie. De kamer was wat aan de kleine kant maar dat werd ruim goedgemaakt door het gemeenschappelijke zwembad. Ook was alles aanwezig in de keuken. De badkamer was ok maar er hing regelmatig een sterke rioolgeur. Het parkeerbeleid was onduidelijk. Toch geraakten we onze auto gemakkelijk kwijt.
