"The property was nice; however, it seemed that construction was not yet completed in the surrounding area and even in the shower. The design, concept, and location are great. The staff were helpful. Laundry service is available, around 500 TRY just for washing. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially with the view. The bed in the room was a bit noisy whenever you moved. Overall, it was an alright stay for one night."

"No AC (which is fine) and no screens on the windows (which are needed). I slept with bug spray on and still got bitten. Not very clean (mold smell is fairly prominent in halls, broken-down bathroom, but great location for proximity to Sümela Monastery. Fine for one night if not staying long. Wi-Fi didn't work well on laptop, not at all on phones."
"This Ramada Plaza is more a four, than a five-star, and appears dated. Service wrt parking at the front, front desk, and baggage was great. The buffet breakfast was quite extensive, and the outdoor pool area was lovely. However, while the room had a comfortable bed and good size, we were overwhelmed in both our rooms with the overpowering perfume smell that the hotel uses, so much so that we tried our best to aerate our rooms.
