"From the moment we stepped foot onto this resort the whole team at the Crimson made us feel welcomed with their hospitality. The whole property, from the lush, green, tropical grounds being well kept and beautifully manicured, to our beautiful room being immaculately clean, and with our linens smelling fresh, and a stocked bar with welcome goodies, snacks and drinks, we were blown away with this place! The team at the Crimson take hospitality to a whole other level! We snorkeled at the beach...

"We had a great experience at Costabella. Definitely a bang for your buck! It is slightly outdated but the facilities and surroundings are well-maintained and clean. Would have been more awesome if they can fix the boardwalk. They have warm and courteous staff as well. Food is on the pricier side but great overall. The experience is very good overall."

"I liked the room itself but the property could have been better. The breakfast was subpar, the restaurant was nothing special for dinner. We actually went to another resort for dinner that we liked much better. It was overall decent but I won’t be booking another stay at this particular property. For the money I can stay at better places that have much more to offer onsite."

"This is definitely the best choice for a stay if you are getting a domestic transfer and need to sleep for a few hours or so. Unfortunately, their hot water wasn’t working, so for me, it’s a 4 out of 5 because i could not shower after 20 hours of traveling up to that point. Other than that, for only $79, it was an amazing and beautiful hotel with a casino, pool and gym, room service, and breakfast on site. As long as their boiler is fixed, this is a 5 star place to stay for anyone wanting a nice...

"The property was clean and comfortable. It’s near the beach, but not on the beach. Some restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was good. It does get very busy after 8am. The employees were very nice and helpful. My only negative was with housekeeping and the refresh of the room. They did not restock amenities or refreshed all the linens. The hotel seem recently built but some materials are showing significant wear and tear (tables, night stands). It was good place to stay for a few nights."
