The initial room I was assigned had a strong odor, which required me to request a change. Additionally, although my stay was for three nights, I had requested housekeeping service on the second night, but it was not provided. Overall, the experience was average and fell short of expectations.

Nice room. Paid extra for a view of the mountains. My view was of the parking lot and the dumpster. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The place was dirty. Our showerhead in our room needed replacing the air conditioner was noisy. The couch had spots on it and stains. I didn’t know what that was about and the carpet was terrible if you moved on the bed and made a lot of noise, not staying here no more.
