"The staff is so great at this hotel. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and warmth. The room is always clean, the housekeeping staff is amazing. The restaurant is fabulous. All the restaurant staff is helpful and kind. I have stayed here a few times and I will always stay at this hotel when I am in Hyderabad. The management is fantastic here."

"The location is great! Excellent staff- they are extremely helpful! Great food and nice breakfast buffet. The property needs maintenance. The twin beds are very small - very hard for two people to sleep on each bad. I requested for a non-smoking floor and I got one. But I saw a few people were drinking and smoking in a room adjacent to mine. Their door was open and smoke from cigarettes was all over the floor None of their house skipping staffs bothered to complain or report. I reported the...
