"Clean rooms and very friendly staff."

"Good value. Great position. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the beer , light supper & breakfast. Decent tea & coffee in the room. Hot tap loose in the on- suite, however room was clean & cosy. No parking but able to park by roadside not too far from the Inn. Would stay again."

"Very clean and recently decorated hotel. Comfy bed and very smart (although small) bathroom. Food was excellent in restaurant in evening and at breakfast. Nice grounds and good looking golf course. I'd choose to stay again when in area."

"Where do I start! We stayed here 4 years ago and it was marvellous.it was thriving ,busy, Bustling . This time when we arrived we was told check in your car else you’ll get a fine ( great fair enough.) Then sign in and il take a card off you just in case your room gets trashed! Wow! We’re in our 60’s definitely not rock stars, id rather watch telly than chuck it out of the window! The chap then said it’s so busy here because of the bank holiday ( Monday) that the dining room may not have space...

"Lovely grounds and building. The staff, especially Shabila, were welcoming. Shabila is relentless in ensuring that everything is satisfactory. We stayed on a Sunday and so it wasn’t busy and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. We had a good price for the room, so it was excellent value for money. The only suggestion would be to look at the heating in the Pear Tree rooms. It was very hot. "
