On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Hotel Regina
Spacious and modern room. Great staff very welcoming and helpful. Nice air conditioning. My room also has a Dyson hair dryer. Located in a very convenient location. Walkable distance to mostly all tourist attraction in downtown Madrid. Will consider to stay here again for the next Madrid visit
