Camas incomodas y pomos que no cierran

Las camas son del año maria castaña, los muelles suenan cada vez que te giras o hasta si te tiras un pedo. Las cerraduras de las puertas son de tipo pomo del año la pera, hay que hacer un master para abrir y cerrar las puertas. Por la noche en el portal del edificio hay un hombre 'colocado' que con un listado de huéspedes te avasalla sin previo aviso, ¡que susto! Pensamos que nos quería atracar o violar.

Buen hostal

El hostal esta muy bien situado, muy cerca de Sol. En general todo bien, cama comoda, bebidas gratis en minibar. La unica pega es que en general esta todo un poco viejo por el resto todo perfecto.

OK if the pribut no lift and not easy to get into.

Had trouble finding this hostal and then discovered we had not read the information from the hostal informing us that we had to check in at another address nearby. Once in the doors we found there was no lift which meant issues for us with heavy bags. In terms of location, it is in a central, good location and offered comfortable facilities.

このホテルにはフロントもなく、エレベーターもなく階段でした。 床も抜けそうな感じです。 太陽の広場から歩いて近く立地は良いです。

A due passi dal centro di Madrid

Struttura non nuova ma tutto pulito e in ordine. Bagno personale non in camera, un po stretto con lavandino piccolissimo ma pulito. Frigobar con acqua gratuita. Sito al terzo piano senza ascensore. Pochi metri per arrivare a plaza del sol, il centro di Madrid.

me senti lesado!

apesar de tudo pago, nao consegui me hospedar no local. foi um transtorno total. No local nao possui elevador, teriamos que subir com mals pesadas os tres andares onde estava nossa reserva,a recepcao e em outro local que da hospedagem, nao havia ninguem para nos ajudar a subir as malas . foi lastimavel! em se tratando de duas pessoas sexagenarias, foi impossivel utilizar o local. qdo da reserva nos informaram que no local havia alguem pra subir as malas , porem tudo mentira. O banheiro era fora do quarto, tbem nao condiz com o que me informaram. Enfim....foi uma pessima experiencia, tivemos que procurar outro hotel em cima da hora e embaixo de chuva. Apesar de pedir ajuda na recepcao, nada fizeram nem devolveram o dinheiro. Portanto... cuidado, principalmente se vc for uma pessoa idosa. Nao reserve!

The hotel reception was kind but the check-in was quite difficult because the reception and the hotel room were at the different buildings. Also it was hard to carry my heavy carrier all the stairs up because there wans't an elecator.

Ottimo soggiorno per chi sa accontentarsi

Ottimo soggiorno presso l'ostello 12 Rooms. La posizione centrale rende comodo lo spostamento verso tutte le aree della città. Camera pulita, personale cordiale, acqua e pepsi a disposizione...peccato per l'odore di fogna che veniva dal bagno!

On arrive à l'hotel sans être informé que la réception est à une autre adresse. En arrivant, on constate que la salle de bain et les toilettes sont au bout du couloir (à ouvrir avec une clé). La chambre est chichement meublée (un seul éclairage en particulier). Et pas du tout insonorisée! On a eu l'impression de passer la nuit avec les voisins! Note positive : l'emplacement, tout près de la Plaza del Sol.

posizione ottimale

Ottima posizione , purtroppo (già lo sapevamo) la notte con un locale proprio sotto è confusione fino a tarda notte per il resto qualità prezzo e posizione è davvero buono

Mejorable: el baño no tenía casi ventilación y se concentraba muchísima humedad. Además, no estaba integrado en la habitación. Bueno: posibilidad de baño privado, habitación y baño muy limpios. Toallas limpias. Muy recomendable para estancias cortas. Silencioso y en pleno centro. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Está muy centrico

Le falta alguna estantería sobre todo en el baño,, que no hay donde apoyar nada, y un espejo en la habitación. El mayor inconveniente es que es un 3º sin ascensor, sobretodo si van con maletas. Por lo demás estás en el centro y la babitación era muy tranquila. El personal muy amable.

Fijne hostel

Erg fijne hostel. Grote kamer met eigen badkamer. Wel jammer dat je zo veel trappen op moet lopen. Elke dag worden er 2 flesjes water en 2 blikjes pepsi aangevuld in de minibar, allemaal gratis! De gratis stadstour is ook een aanrader! Ligging van het hostel is erg fijn, dicht bij Sol. Zou er zo weer heen gaan!
