Our recent stay at Grand GRT was exceptional. Loved the modern design and elegance of the property. Check in was smooth and there was complimentary drink offered. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The food at the restaurant included wide varieties and everything was delicious. This property is conveniently located at about the halfway point from airport to the city of Madurai

Amazing 5 star hotel in Madurai. Great food and amazing staff. Was planned to stay at a named chain restaurant but wanted to try this and was pleasantly surprised. Better than any Marriotts or Radisson.

A great stay

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant. It’s a little way out of town but you can get an auto rickshaw (just to the left of the entrance). It cost us 300 R/s to get into the centre of town to visit the temple, also to get to the airport. The hotel is used by many tour groups which can be a downside but we felt all the staff worked hard to ensure the needs of other guests weren’t overlooked.

Very satisfying stay. Very clean and beautiful facility. Cheerful staff deliver excellent service. Spacious room even for a family of 3 adults. Very spacious and modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. A La Carte Lunch and in-room dinner were quite good. Food prices are on the expensive side but comparable to that of similar hotels. Basement parking for private cars. All in all, a great experience. Probably the best option in Madurai. Highly recommended.

The very best place to stay in Madurai, I recommend this prefering to all other hotels. It is a island in a poor area, best choice for business people, who will have all necessary benefits for a nice stay, excellent restaurant, nice possibilities for relaxing in the hotel, a very friendly, customer minded personal, which does all necessary and even more to make the stay memorable. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate this hotel with 11.

It’s really a nice hotel outside city noise and not too far to city centre at the same time. Meenakshi temple is about 20 minutes drive. Hotel is very clean and spacious. Staff are very courteous. Hotel offers taxi services but rates are little pricey. You can book local red taxi or go with hotel service if you can afford little more because hotel taxi drivers are very professional and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
