Shocking for the Novotel brand.

Coumba from front desk is very helpful. The afternoon people at front desk gave us a wrong room,instead of twin beds they gave us 1 queen bed. and Coumba fixed.Thanks Coumba.

I loved my stay! My room was quiet and clean, with everything I needed. The restaurant area was very nice and the staff were great. Really reasonably priced, close to CDG airport and well proportioned rooms

Room and bathroom were clean. Glad to have a grab bar to help get in and out of bath tub. King size bed - very comfortable for 2 people. Nice looking hotel. Staff was curteous.
