"Very satisfying experience. Greeted by very friendly staff when checking in. Extra staff took our bags up the stairs to our room. Shortly after checking into the room the staff delivered a nice refreshing drink and snack without asking. The room was a bit small with all our luggage in the room but it wasn't to bad. Clean comfy room. A good variety of mostly Filipino food for breakfast and i never had a bad meal. Relaxed in the lobby a few times and enquired if we could have coffee there and it was no problem at all. Freshly brewed coffee every time we asked. Several times we never had to flag down a trike as the doorman was right on the ball everytime we walked out the door and would flag one down for us. Only thing to note is the hotel is alcohol free so if you like to drink you cant do it on the property. "
"This place is very convenient if you are interested in whale watching. This hotel
is very near the activity center for whale watching. The staff were very accommodating. They let us do early check-in. Thank you very much!"
"I booked 3 rooms and 1 room is pretty small so I upgraded one. The door knobs are so hard to open, these are important to the tourists. There’s cockroaches in one room. The piano needs to be tuned up. The food selections are not that long but half of the list is not available especially the local food selections. These should be fully stocked than the international food. "
"Our party of 12 enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabel. Location was convenient. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean. The front desk and the hotel staff were very welcoming, attentive, friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good though we found service at their Chinese restaurant and ala carte at the Filipino restaurant to be slow. Otherwise overall service from hotel and staff during our 3-night stay was excellent. "
"Staff was very nice and courteous. The resort itself is very nice and serene. I just wish they would have more extra bedding coz they couldn’t give me an extra pillow"
