I booked 3 rooms and 1 room is pretty small so I upgraded one. The door knobs are so hard to open, these are important to the tourists. There’s cockroaches in one room. This place is very convenient if you are interested in whale watching. This hotel is very near the activity center for whale watching. The staff were very accommodating. They let us do early check-in. Thank you very much!
