"Breakfast is the best. Not many restaurants around but there is room service. Hot water is not always on. Air conditions is not as cold in some rooms. Staff is very kind."

"The Artotel has a beautiful architecture. Rooms are sufficiënt with good big beds. Nice fews from the room on the higher floors. There is no alcohol served at this hotel."

"Everything was great. The Mall was around a 10 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was good. Wish there were more western dish accommodations, but that is typical for most Indonesian Hotels. My only dislike, the room was not provided with a hand towel. Just a floor towel and two bath towels."
