"Hotel le Ralis du Mont Blanc is a charming family owned hotel right in the middle of the French Alps along the north south motorway connecting France with Italy. The restaurant served a wonderful barbecue dinner with a breezy outdoor seating area. The morning breakfast had anything that you could ask for. The family dog, a beautiful Husky, wanders about the place. It was too bad we only were able to stay one night, because it is just a lovely place. "

"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"The personel is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Their food also real good. The building is beautifull. The frontside, with a view is only for appartements i was told. I did not sleep well cause of an itchy bed, and a very, very noisey morning. This made it a bad excperience, feeling really tired before hiking the montblanc haha"

. Friendly efficient staff and comfortable rooms. Only downside is having to book an hour slot for the spa as it only has beds for 8 people. The sauna doesn’t work as gaps in the doors. Also I’ve never stayed in a 5* where you pay extra (we were HB) at breakfast for fresh orange and hot choc. Also no draft beer on a night and 50€ cheapest wine (was nice though). "

"The staff were pleasant enough but the hotel was understaffed. Our first room was on the highway with poorly insulated windows and very noisy. The view out the window was literally of the highway panels. After our first sleepless night, the staff did change our room which was quieter but still a bit sad. "My stay at this hotel was definitely very satisfied. The staff from the front desk to restaurant and the bar are all so helpful and friendly. I hurt my knee from

the day before I checked out , the hotel staff provided me extra care and help ( many thanks to the gentleman from the bar for your pain relief cream it helps !) . The room is clean with a lovely balcony and spacious bathroom with strong and hot water , the heating in the room works well too . Not to mention the location is perfect...

"We have just returned from a week at Hotel D’Olonne (or should I say Chateau D’Olonne). We were excited before arrival, and we were not disappointed.
