"Room was dirty, shower head was rusting, the couch had stains like its been there forever and never cleaned. Would not recommend breakfast as it was the same Monday thru Friday. They said they had pots and pans in the suite but nothing then asked and it took 4 hours to finally received them. Would never visit again! "

"Staff was excellent. Rooms are a bit run down. Shower pressure was on the weak side. DirectTV was cutting in and out. It was quiet and felt safe. Price reflects the accommodations."

"overall experience was great and the residential like space w/ full kitchen is really nice.. but there was takeout left in both the fridge and freezer from the previous guest which made me question how much of the rooms are cleaned between reservations..."

"Parking was no problem Staff was accommodating at check in. Room was spotless. Very comfortable bed Didn't use the gym The breakfast had everything you could imagine to eat. Would stay again there."

"Staff was very attentive super clean and well kept rooms. $6+ bottle of water in the room is a bit prices but there are stores very close by to grab snacks and drinks if you need them. Would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel Belleclaire was a wonderful stay and I can’t wait to come back! Stayed at Belleclaire for my bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect location. We loved the complimentary wine and jazz evening in the hotel bar and loved the breakfast bakery. The hotel staff were AMAZING and can’t thank Maria, Benedict, Amanda, and Sean for making the weekend so so special. Maria helped us get into our room early after an early traveling morning. We all already want to come back and for sure will! "

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was actually QUIET for sleeping, a 3 min walk from the Empire State Building, and a 5 min walk from the subway. The staff were delightful; I got a free upgrade to a family suite. I'm not a city person but this hotel made me want to come back to NYC!"
