This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Grand Central location in New York. It’s the perfect location, right next to Grand Central terminal, making transportation so easy. The hotel room itself was very clean. I plan on coming back again in the future.

When arriving, the wife and kids were excited to be there. But soon that went away. the main entrance is closed, so you have to come around the side of the building.
