"Amazing location. Staff very helpful and lovely and place was clean. Need to sort out the water pressure as opening the taps more than a tiny bit meant having an impromptu shower. Stayed in studio where there was a random supply of kitchen bits and bobs but it was ok for one person. Place is very tired and worn. Booked a room with a balcony but it was more of a closed in porch. If you're looking for a clean place that you're not doing much but sleeping in and want to be in the heart of at kilda...

"The room was excellent and clean, with a comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great location with tram stop just a few steps away. Generally quiet despite being located on a main road. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not working, and construction noise a couple of doors away meant no Saturday or Sunday sleep in past 745am.
Other than that, enjoyed my stay. "

The location is perfect - so much is within walking distance or, if so inclined, to the trams.
The rooms and hallways did need a bit of TLC. Carpets were stained and the room needed some colour. Nonetheless, the room was a great size, very comfortable, and the view was second to none. would I stay here again - absolutely!"

"I stayed here for the F1 weekend with some friends and unfortunately our experience didn’t match the expectations set by the price or the photos online. At $739 per night,I expected more, the room was quite small and did not resemble the advertised pictures. The overall cleanliness was also disappointing. While the towels were changed during my stay, the bed itself was not made, which added to the impression that the room hadn’t been properly serviced.
