"The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine. The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too! The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw...

"Property was a great value with great room accommodation. Unfortunately there was very low water pressure making it extremely difficult to take a shower."

"We were there for OC Jeep Week. So we mostly were there to sleep and shower. Lol Very clean, very comfortable, everything was beautiful including the grounds. Kids loved the pool. We never got to have breakfast because we were out the door around 630 each morning and it wasnt ready yet but we've been to Mainstays before and loved the breakfasts. We would stay again without question."

However, the only thing that bothered me was that the television was not a Smart TV, so I could not watch anything interesting on it. That was a little disappointing for me. "I loved this property! The amenities were great! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping came daily. Staff was receptive of guests needs. There are many shops restaurants and a Cafe attached to the hotel. The indoor and outdoor pool are awesome! Boardwalk access with direct beach view from the room offered just the relaxing vibe we needed. The restaurant inside the hotel was very nice.The hotel cafe has stale food. The pizza shop attached to the hotel, at the boardwalk has poor...

"The bistro brother’s restaurant down stair excellent"

"My young family’s stay was a nightmare, culminating in a violent crime and police intervention. My wife and I contacted the front desk five times to report a loud violent disturbance in the room directly above us while my wife and toddlers were trying to sleep. The staff failed to remedy the situation and things escalated. I called 911 twice. Police arrived and arrested someone for assault, EMS tended to someone also. Without my intervention, no help would have arrived. Additionally, the room...
