Great room this time we stayed in the studio suite. It did have a fridge snd microwave this time which was super nice. Staff was friendly. Pool was great. They also have a hot tub.

It wasn't a bad stay. Only complaints are no fridge/microwave and very thin walls. The room was very clean, the staff were polite.

Parking was relatively easy the room was surprisingly clean but for 245 dollars it could have been better.. staff was extremely friendly the biggest down sides were the A/C was spotty working then not working and the pillows were basically Bricks… also check in was extremely confusing having to go into another hotel to check in was odd and for someone who wouldn’t know it was a waste of time trying to figure it out. But outside of those few things it was a decent stay of the pillows were better and the price better fit to “get what you pay for” it would have been a better experience.

Overall it was perfect for country calling. There’s a shuttle at the hotel next door that we took everyday down to the entrance for $5 cash. The beds were comfortable, clean and the shower water was hot. I almost ended up cancelling though because during the off season it is nearly impossible to reach the hotel!! I called probably 10 times and couldn’t get an answer on my booking until Expedia themselves contacted me about changing the days we were staying. While the location was great, convenient and good for the price for country calling, the lack of communication was just shocking. As someone who travels often this customer service really needs to improve or I think sales will really suffer.

For the price it's exactly what I needed. Definitely would stay here again. I'm not a needy traveler so the bare basics didn't bother me. But people should know in advance, you can hear a cough through the walls and everything that is taking place out in the parking lot. Thankfully all the other guests staying here understood the situation and we all had a good rest without incident.

Staff was very helpful and friendly was disappointed that there were no seating in the room except for the bed. Also, no place to sit to eat breakfast room was clean except for the floor took shower and the bottom of my feet were black from how dirty Floor was.

My room was small but sufficient for a two night stay. It was just a layover for me, so just ok. Lots of families with children probably because of the cheap rate. Pool and hot tub were very nice. My room was clean and was updated. Sufficient for 1 person. Floor uneven. No fridge and ice bucket not insulated so was water by morning. Fine but won’t be staying there again.
Hotel in background was next door. I’m guessing the pool belongs to that hotel since the gate was on their side and their patrons were also using the pool and the gate was on their side. Plus that hotel personnel was testing the pool and hot tub.
