"Mountain View was only back yard trees. Pool and sauna was under construction at the time of my stay . Quite noisy with construction. I wouldn’t have chosen this location had I known of the construction, but I see the potential of the property."

"I had to check out a day early and I asked if I would have to pay. The person at the front desk said that wasn't a problem and no I wouldn't be charged for the extra day. When I realized I prepaid for the room, I phoned the hotel and they said they would not give me a refund me and would only give me a credit for some future stay. It's unlikely I will be going back to Whistler anytime in the next year or so. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel staff saying I would not be charged and then...

"it's a beautiful hotel at a top of a hill. Amazing & cheerful personeel, beautiful rooms, beautiful views, lovely atmosphere. And there is a free shuttle to the village center. Cozy & relaxing atmosphere. I wish we could stay more:)"

"Rooms are small and if you are traveling with family you need to check in early if you are planning your stay on weekends since some rooms are above the pub and you might get a room above pub and room doesnt have microwave as well. Also it doesn't have the facility of water dispenser. The rooms are too small for the price"

"Nice grassy property with ample parking and outside had beautiful flower baskets. The family room rented was little smaller than expected but turned out perfectly for us 3 girls. Everything was clean and tidy as well. Exterior deceiving. Check in staff could have had a bit more excitement to greet guests, however, nice. Staff gal in morning before office opened was personable and gave us ideas for breakfast. Oh, and the hotel is in short walking distance to a Thai restaurant with great food....

"We booked a room for two that should have had a queen bed but it was a full Murphy Bed. Luckily the lodge had another room but it was an additional charge. The staff was very helpful in getting this issue resolved Other than this one mishap the Lodge is centrally located in Whistler Village making it very walkable. We enjoyed our new room, it was quiet and clean."

"The Westin is always a great property to stay in Whistler village side. Location is ideal and close to the highway but far enough from the late night village noise. The amenities are well appointed and accessible for everyone. Their staff is excellent and offers to help with everything they can. The condo style rooms are a bit tight in space; however, for the convenience of the self-service option in a hotel setting more than outweighs the room size. Will gladly stay again!"

"The reception staff were very helpful. The location is in the heart of Whistler's main business district, and the hotel parking is convenient. However, the price is higher than average. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. If you're looking for accommodation and haven't decided yet, I recommend this place."
