"Great looking, wonderful staff and very very clean hotel. Just FYI the rooms are small, the bathroom is small everything is small but sooo beautiful and clean!! We loved it!"

"It was probably recently renovated and by a professional designer because everything was new, meticulously practical, efficient and elegant. My room was with a window to the street and it had a kitchen with very well designed appliances. I took pictures because inspired me to update my apt. in NYC. There was a small dishwasher disguised as a drawer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, small refrigerator integrated in the counter, ceramic dishes and….Crystal glasses. Yes CRYSTAL. I’m guessing...

"pleasure stay, nice people )"

"Lovely space, beautifully decorated and really clean. Quite dark without much natural light but we weren’t there too much so didn’t cause an issue"

"The staff was very helpful whether it was with directions, baggage check, or transportation to and from the airport. The roof top bar tenders were very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was lack of air flow in the room. However, we were able to open the windows which was helpful."

Insgesamt...

"I loved my stay, so comfortable. The room was so beautiful and typical parisian. kind and helpful staff, they helped me with the taxi and services. Very cute neighborhood just next to the moulin rouge, safe area. The only problem was the small bathroom which can be difficult for a big sized person, and the breakfast was not included in my stay. But in total, I will come back definitely"

"My friend and I chose Mom'Art Hotel for our 30th birthday celebration for a weekend in Paris and I can happily say we are 100% coming back here when we return. This is a family-run hotel that has exceptionally high standards for the customer experience and they delivered. From greeting us warmly with a super late-night check-in, quickly running upstairs to give us more shampoo, wishing us a lovely day of exploring, to welcoming us back in the evenings, and many laughs and conversations shared...

"We stayed in a room for 3 and there wasn’t a lot of space, but we managed fine. Hotel was clean, had kettle and lovely smelling products in bathroom. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities. Location is excellent if you want to stay in Montmatre. It’s steep, loads of steps in train station etc so not for less mobile people. But the area is full of bars, restaurants, shops and the place de tetre is a short walk away as is Sacre Coeur. We walked to end of road and bought delicious pain au chocolat...

"The check-in was a nightmare. Unlike other properties, there was no prior message to initiate the process or any direction to get into the building. When we arrived, there was no one on the property and we couldn’t even get into the door. Finally another guest who also had issues with check-in let us in, but there was no instruction other than a number on a sign at the empty counter. I tried the number and they demanded full payment upfront which I had provided the CC during booking. They then...

"Très très bien"

"I like that the coffee machine is available all the time. Arnold the receptionist is very friendly. Alizee kept the food organized in the morning she is also friendly and greeted me every time she sees me. Room is small but clean and the bed is comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"Top"

"The entire hotel had no hot water for two days any no information was shared with the guests. Room cleaning was appalling, didn’t clean our room on day 1 of our stay. Never refilled the tissues in the toilet, never restocked our face towels. Breakfast area was small considering the number of guest capacity. Overall I would say it was okay. Couple of the reception staff were friendly. Please be aware the check in process is so slow and you could be waiting well beyond the 3pm time because rooms...
