"Our stay at the Wingate was great overall, but what truly made it exceptional was the incredible service from a staff member named Lenisha. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. "We would like additional lounge chairs at the pool.
Not a fan of pillow top mattress. Very uncomfortable when it’s old. Seating in suites are uncomfortable. Could have just been our particular room… but we stay here a lot and I see a change in upkeep. The common areas are kept very clean though. "
"I had experience 3 delays and three cancellations at the Miami airport after being there for 11 hours. I was frustrated confused and just tired. It was very late around 11:30 pm. I was in a city I knew nothing about but the pleasant experience with staff at your hotel but me at ease.
My room was immaculate, the bed was perfect and I felt safe as a 75 years old single traveler.

"I was very nervous booking after reading some of the reviews. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Nice and clean. The staff members are all helpful and friendly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the food from the bar, but the drinks were so good. Thanks Antonio. I will most definitely be staying here when I’m back in town visiting! "
"I checked in online for a later time, past 8 pm, which was convenient. Front desk clerk was kind and friendly. The room was clean and smelled nice. Quiet. No trouble sleeping. Work had me leaving before breakfast started, so I basically only slept and showered. There was nobody at the desk for checkout though, only a fishbowl for room keys, which I found odd and unsettling. I’d have liked to check out with an actual person"

"We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Pool was amazing. Breakfast had nice variety. My only “complaints” would be: the arcade games were v expensive and breakfast closed a little early (for us anyways). Thanks for the great stay!"
"Beautiful hotel. they had a shuttle for the airport, staff was kind and helpful, rooms were clean and updated and beautiful. dining and bar was convenient and bartender was friendly and made excellent drinks. i would absolutely recommend to anyone staying near the airport to stay here. 10/10!"
