"Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on."

My boys appreciated the basketball court next to the pool however it was too hot to play most of the time since we were there end of June. "Old and dated. Room was damp, sink leaking, sink only had hot water (not great for brushing your teeth ) and they are under renovations. Fair enough, you’re upgrading probably for those reasons. But this was not disclosed nor discounted for. Loud during the day starting at 7 am. Ice machine not working, gym closed. And generally just beat up. I would not stay until after the renovations. Disappointing the Expedia and the hotel never disclosed this status."

"Unfortunately our bathroom was a bit of a mess. The staff attended to our needs but for the amount of money we paid it was frustrating. The staff would have done more us monetarily but because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t. Lesson learned. Also there was old food left in the fridge we had to throw away."

"My stay at ALOFT Marriott in downtown Orlando Florida was absolutely amazing! The staff were totally friendly, accommodating, and so refreshing. I transferred to ALOFT Marriott because I was having such a bad experience from another hotel. My stay at ALOFT Marriott was one of the best experience I've ever had at a hotel! The decor, amenities, and staff was top tier, for sure!"
