"Property was well maintained, believe it’s 5 years old, room was extremely clean and big and air conditioner was excellent, which is an important feature for me. The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience."

"I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape."

"I had 2 tvs in the suite, and both worked poorly. When leaving to get something to eat i asked the front dest to have someone to please take a look at the tvs and the air in the bedroom was also coming out, was far less then cool. When i got back i asked the front desk how come there was nothing to help the guest with programming. They then handed me a list of all stations. Got back to the room and air worked fine, but the tvs had the same issues. The remotes were moved so they did examined...

"Beautifully updated property. Great south downtown location away from the main tourists haunts. I would have loved to given an all five-star review, but there were minor and major deficiencies. I will start with the minor issues: hair present in the room and bathroom and minor mold present in bathroom. The king suite was extremely spacious and modernly adorned. A true five-star room.
