"Although the breakfast was excellent, they failed on the basic ameninites. The beds were rock hard, the hot water never got hot (I shivered through a cold shower) and the door to the bathroom needed muscle to open and close. I complained to Marriott and they said "no one else had complained during my time there" which made the entire experience even worse. Never staying in this brand again."

"All was great at the Alfond Inn. We have stayed here before as it is dog friendly and there is actual green space a neighborhood to walk your dog in which is very nice. It is kept very clean. Be careful of cancellation dates as they seem to be more ahead of time then other hotels."

"The hotel was ok, it served its purpose as far as a safe, clean place to spend the night. I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad."

"I liked the way the room was laid out. The room was cleaned except for the bathtub. The bed was so comfortable. It would have been nice if there were usb plug ins beside the bed. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"The bathroom was poor ventilation. The breakfast was so minimal it sucks. There's a mystery $100 deposit that needs to be factored in to the price. Lastly the room is dated and there were bugs crawling around at night. The noise level is awful and the shower is terrible."
