My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax during my stay. The hotel's amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. "No one notified us that this property is under renovation and when we got to our room there was several hours of construction noise ."

"The staff was very helpful in recommending places to see and eat. Breakfast was good with bacon and sausages as well as the usual breakfast food. The room was very clean and towels were refreshed every other day. Full housekeeping upon request. The air conditioner had a problem with regulating the air, but it was comfortable. There was a drip in the bathroom tub that was reported as well. The pool area was clean, refreshing and towels were provided. The construction behind the hotel did not...

"An overall great experience. Great location, love the layout of the suites, plenty of room, quiet, blackout curtains! Thank you! Had a great sleep, beds and pillows were super comfy, and the staff were all very kind and helpful."

"very clean but unfortunately, we didn’t have a great stay. the hotel room was very outdated. the balcony was closed due to safety reasons (understandable but also unfortunate) and the tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t watch any shows that we wanted. AND the power went out and we had to take a cold shower in the dark and walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to our room since the elevator wasn’t working. overall a 2/10 experience:("
