"As convenient as the location is, the service was just horrible! We were forced to stay into a nearby hotel by the manager because according to them, they didn't get the reservation despite the confirmation from expedia. The second day was okay because we had all the fresh supplies like towels and such. "Staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel is nearby upscale shopping mall with fantastic restaurants options. The front desk staff were very helpful accommodating special requests and went beyond to help me. The lobby staff were very kind to letting me know when my transportation arrived avoiding me to wait outside of the hotel for the arrival of the ride share pickup. Awesome staff all around. Mr Darius particularly was an outstanding service representative that really went above and beyond."
