Very accommodating

Customer service was consistent and unrelenting. Only negative I had (mildew smell in room) was quickly addressed by staff with bio dome/atmosphere gadget. Had no issues afterwards. Recommend to any and all travelers. Spa treatments are fantastic!

Enjoyed our stay, wanted to go around Poblacion so it had the right location. Too bad they didnt offer discount for onsen spa which incidentally charged 500 pesos for a massage on a holiday :(
