"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. "I enjoyed my stay at OYO Makati City hall hotel. I feel comfort, safe and secure in my entire 6 night stay. The staff are friendly, accomodating, highly professional and helpful. They are just a call away if there are issues and unforeseen circumstances. It feel like home away from home and would definitely come back.
