Nhà và căn hộ du lịch tại Makati

"It was in the center of the City near Financial district. Good amenities. Near many restaurants. The kitchenette is small."

"A modern spottless brand new hotel with tasteful finishes. The most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered in many years. I cannot believe anyone would have a bad experience in this hotel with such excellent and committed staff. They will have me coming back again and again. Great experience!!"

"Check in was a breeze, security guard power trippin over a validated parking ticket, he grabbed our ticket and went to front counter to verify the front counter person like he didn’t just see us go to the front counter after telling us to go to the front counter. Upon check out, it took 30 mins to get a luggage cart, so I had to go down and two empty cart people sitting doing nothing when guest services said they were coming twice when I called. Definitely service has changed since last year so...

"The AC is not cooling the entire room."

"Just decent size of a bedroom, however it’s clean and they fix the bed every day the at majestic your day even better. Though the only comments in the room was they missed to give us towel mat and after your shower it’s darn slippery. They missed us to give 2 hand towels. Stayed for 3 nights and sharing a hand towel. Staff is absolutely nice except for breakfast staff. It seemed either they ate rushing you to take your order or they are on a rush and it’s not even busy. Also, I ordered...

"I'm glad that i had stay at Somerset Millennium Makati. Had a unforgettable moment during my stay. All the staff are approachable and they give me a warm welcome upon my arrival that make it special during my stay at Somerset."

"The room that I got is old. The bed is uncomfortable and the blanket is terrible, I even took a picture of it! The couch also is uncomfortable! No exhaust in the bathroom that is why it gets moldy quickly! The AC is leaking that when u get out of the bed, your feet is wet! I went down in the reception to report it, they said that I have to tell the host! I’ve contacted the host but it is so hard to call her, she doesn’t answer the calls, until finally someone came to fix the AC and my goodness,...

"Great hotel, nice big 1 bedroom apartment. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to many dining options and Jolibee."

"Grand appartement, beaucoup de rangement, personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner « gastronomique ». Personnel d’entretien efficace. Cuisine correcte, mais pas d’articles de nettoyage (savon à vaisselle, lavette, tampon à récurer…) Heureusement, j’avais apporté (sauf savon à vaisselle acheté). Insonorisation impeccable. Je serais restée encore plus longtemps… Merci,"

"their was nothing around hotel like a 7 11 . also had trouble with the elevators. The front desk did not understand that the call button to bring the elevatir to the floor wasnot working onmy floor"

"I arrived at the site and the concierge called the unit owner and said he was not expecting any guest under my name. The owner said, this could be a scam and I hda to rebook some other place. Expedia Team, please investigate this booking further and I would like a refund as soon as possible. Please confirm and advise? Thank-you."
