"We stayed in the business apartment: there was a small foyer/entrance that led to the bedroom, then a storage area going towards the bathroom and the bathroom had a shower and a bath tub separately. They would give us more bottled water everyday- so kind! The room was very spacious and clean. The only thing, and it’s because of the humidity, was that our wet towels from showering never dried BUT housekeeping would just replace them daily 😁 The hotel staff was AMAZING! So respectful and very helpful. It was our first time in Manila but everyone made sure we were comfortable AND safe. They would always check to make sure we were getting in the correct GRAB (Uber) and would check the inside of the vehicles to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind EVERYTIME - I’m so grateful for them ❤️"

"The only place to stay! I stayed here for one night and it was wonderful. The staff is amazing - very welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy. The rooms are amazing, lots of room and very well designed. Breakfast - yes!!!!! A great buffet with cook to order eggs. Mermaid Pool - beautiful, make sure you get there early because spots go quick. "
