"The unit was smaller than I envisioned, but my real issue was the elevator in the high-rise. It really took forever and the elevators were always crowded. Stopping on so many floors to get to the 53rd floor. "

It will be great addition if guest were called by name. I stayed for 3 nights however not even once staff called me by name. Reception staff can easily do this. "
