"This is my favorite hotel to go when i'm in Tokyo for a short stay and flying in/out of Narita. The hotel is literally connected to the train station. It is very clean, has all the basic amenities and full spread of breakfast buffet at an affordable price. It is also walking distance to some malls and grocery stores. "

"Clean room, the bathroom is a little outdated and the lighting wasn’t the best. But it was quiet, and there was a free shuttle from hotel into town. They also provided a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. The breakfast provided was great, a mix of traditional Japanese and western options "

More food and drink options besides the relatively staid and expensive restaurant would make it even better. We liked the ice cream vending machine along with the pool and hot tub."

"They were super polite. Check in and out was fast. And they gave you directions if needed. Super clean. The staff was always greeting you whenever they saw you at all times. Would totally stay here. And a supee plus they have a small little convenience store in the lobby which was super great if kids got hungry during late hours. Loved it. "

"Absolutely excellent one-night stay. Check-in was seamless, and the airport-to-hotel shuttle was perfectly on time. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. When my room key didn’t work, a staff member arrived in under three minutes and resolved it immediately—no waiting at all.
