素泊まりでしたがコンビニがあるのでちょっとした食べ物に困りませんでした。部屋が浴室トイレ別になっているのは家族旅行としては大変ありがたかったです。

ディズニーシーからとても近く、駐車場も広くて良かったです。 チェックイン、チェックアウト、駐車料金精算がすべて端末での作業でしたが、混雑する事なくスムーズにできました。操作も簡単でした。 コンビニは1階にローソンがあり、品揃えも豊富で、店員さんの対応も良かったです。24時間営業も良かったです。 部屋はとても広く、ベッドの配置もゆとりがあり、5人でゆっくり座って食事ができるソファとテーブルもありました。電子レンジが部屋にあったので、パークで疲れた身体には助かるポイントでした。 朝食の順番待ちが部屋からできたのも楽でした。25組〜35組ほどの待ちでも15分ほどで案内連絡が来て、会場に向かうとすぐに席に通してもらえました。 バイキングの品揃えも豊富で大人も子供も楽しめるメニューでした。アイス(ミルク、黒ゴマ、レモン)があって驚きました。美味しかったです。 お値段も安く、とても満足でした。

オープンしたてだったのでどこもかしこも新しい匂いがして嬉しかったです。子供もテンション上がって大喜びでした。 ただ1つ施設ではないのですが、ディズニーを往復してるシャトルバスが路線バスをそのまま使っている作りなので大きいスーツケースを座席に1人分として使われてる方がチラホラいて、立ってる人達はぎゅうぎゅうなのに残念です。そしてバス乗場もとても分かりづらい。ランドが始発なのでランドからの人は全員乗れるのにシーの人は立たなきゃ行けないし全員乗れない。 そして朝の舞浜行きは始発が10:30〜はさすがに遅すぎます…その辺りをもっと改善してもらいたいなと感じました

チェックイン時に少し時間がかかりましたが、スタッフの方々の連携も良く、対応がスムーズでした。 部屋もどこもかしこも綺麗で文句ありません。周りの部屋からの音も全然気にならず静かでした。 朝食は予約すると入場がスムーズだったようですが、予約せずに向かったら待ち時間が長かったです。
