Worst hotel i have stayed in let alone it bei g over 3km from Haram. Very dirty hotel never cleaned the room. We had to beg for towels and ther service was aweful. Would never stay here again. The shower had no curtain and the shower basin was too small.

Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah
Hotel is very close to Masjid e Haram. The amenities provided was very excellent. Staff was also specifically Shahid (Room Service) was very helpful and friendly. I would 💯 book this hotel again for my next trip in sha Allah.
