The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was average and could use improvements. we only ate breakfast 2 days out of our 5 days only because we wanted to try different food from outside. I would definilty concider this hotel for my next trip to Mecca inshallah.

The distance from Haram makes it a bit difficult but other than that it was good overall. There just needs to be a bigger reception because it gets crowded all the time and to allow for early check in service even if it costs. Another thing is the size of the room was very small compared to what was advertised but I understand that this could have been the case as I requested early check in and this one got available faster than others.

The hotel is very new and clean. It’s quite close to haram but it’s an uphill walk and very hard to do in the heat. If you’re planning to eat around clock tower or mcdc, the hotel will be a significant walk away since coming to the nearest border of haram is at least 10 minutes before your walk back to hotel. Very few food shops nearby, one broast chicken shop and one curry style shop. We came to a flooded room one day because of a bidet pipe issue. Even though maintenance came in and started working on the room in a short time, we had to go to the reception and ask for a replacement room. Would have preferred if they offered the replacement themselves since the room was unlivable. If you’re planning to continuously take taxi to and fro, this is super close and clean and affordable. Once the umrah gate (63) reopens after construction, it will be an easy entry into mataf for umrah but now you have to walk around to 79 which takes that extra 10-ish minutes after entering haram. Marwah exit is also on the other side and it’s almost a 20 min walk to the border before you start walking to the hotel.

Hotels room was clean and room service promptly delivered Water Bottles, Toilet Paper and fresh towel as needed. Going to Haram you can take Anjum Hotel Access to get faster in Haram. Little up hill road , took us on a relax mode 15 minutes to be in Haram. Faster walk you can make it in 12 Minutes. Good Restaurant and grocery close to the Hotel. We will definitely consider this place again in our next trip. Thanks

Stayed here for 6 nights, nice and clean with comfortable beds. Tried their breakfast, it’s worth the price and various options. Receptionists are super friendly, helpful, and to add they’re very caring. One of the staff made sure I got a taxi to the airport and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel and to add it’s only a 17 minute walk from the haram. 25 minutes to the clock tower without traffic and with traffic about 45 minutes. Super close and convenient.
