"Really Dirty! broken doors (got locked in toilet twice), broken blinds with no curtains so light flows on through, extremely hot, no aircon is fine but put in a fan or even window stays as we couldnt open a window to try cool down. Could say alot more about our room but wont. The room next door appeared alot cleaner so perhaps its being renovated. Wouldnt stay again."

"Handy to hospital which was great as that was where I needed to be near but if you don't have your own transport it is not the most convenient location as Gisborne does not have Uber and the taxi service are expensive and not easy to get. The Motel is clean and well maintained - I stayed in room with an 'accessible' bathroom, great if you need one but if you don't it detracts a bit from the rooms atheistic. Beds were comfortable and heating was quiet and did the job very well. Shower water...
